Shipping Policy – Six Bros Crafts | Crafting Since 1978
Thank you for choosing Six Bros Crafts – powered by Azhar Akhwan Wood Works, Jhelum. Every door is handcrafted from 100% solid Deodar wood in our 12,000 sq ft workshop.
1. MADE TO ORDER – PRODUCTION TIME
All doors are bespoke and made to order. Standard production time is 4 to 6 weeks after final design approval and receipt of 50% advance payment. This time is required for wood seasoning, carving, assembly, and finishing. Rush orders (if slot available) may be possible with an additional charge – contact us on info@sixbroscrafts.com
2. WORLDWIDE DELIVERY
We deliver thoughtfully made doors worldwide, with a focus on:
USA & Canada: 18-28 days via Sea Freight / 7-10 days via Air Freight
UK & Europe (EU): 10-15 days via Sea Freight
GCC: Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait: 8-12 days
Australia: 15-20 days
Villa & Worldwide Delivery available for all other countries on quotation.
3. PACKING & HANDLING
Every door is packed in export-quality, fumigated solid wooden crates with foam and bubble protection to prevent any damage. Packing charges are included in the shipping quote. We provide pre-shipment photos and videos for your approval before dispatch.
4. SHIPPING COST
Shipping cost is NOT included in the door price and is calculated separately based on:
- Dimensions & Weight of the door
- Destination country & city
- Sea or Air freight mode
You will receive a verified quotation with production cost + shipping cost + insurance. Free shipping is NOT available due to the heavy and fragile nature of solid wood doors.
5. CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES
Import duties, customs clearance, VAT, and local taxes in the destination country (USA, UK, Canada, EU, GCC) are NOT included and are the responsibility of the customer. We provide all export documents (Invoice, Packing List, Fumigation Certificate) to ensure smooth clearance.
6. TRACKING & DELIVERY
Once shipped, you will receive a Bill of Lading / AWB tracking number and crate photos. Client must ensure forklift / manpower and clear access for unloading large crates. Delivery is curbside / port-to-door depending on service selected.
7. DELAY DISCLAIMER
Production and shipping timelines are estimates. Delays may occur due to wood availability, weather, customs inspections, or freight carrier issues. Six Bros Crafts will not be liable for delays beyond our control, but we will keep you updated weekly via WhatsApp.
8. INSURANCE & DAMAGES
All shipments are fully insured. If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours where reasonably possible:
- Provide clear photographs of the product and packaging
- Include an unboxing video, if available
- Email your order number and a description of the issue to support@sixbroscrafts.com
We will repair, replace the part, or claim insurance as applicable. An unboxing video helps us investigate the claim, but a claim will not be automatically rejected solely because a video is unavailable. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws of the customer’s country or region.

10. MADE-TO-ORDER SHEESHAM BEDS
Our beds are handcrafted from solid Sheesham wood. A 50% advance payment is required before production begins, and the remaining 50% balance must be paid before dispatch.
Production normally takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks after design, measurements, specifications, and advance payment have been confirmed. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed completion date. Shipping time is additional.
Bed shipping cost, packing arrangements, insurance, and destination-specific delivery estimates are confirmed in the approved quotation before production begins.
11. MADE-TO-ORDER MIRRORS, SIDE TABLES, WOODEN SWINGS & DECOR
Our mirrors, side tables, wooden swings (jhulas) and decor pieces are made after an order is confirmed. Our wooden swings are crafted from solid Sheesham wood. A 50% advance payment is required before production begins, and the remaining 50% balance must be paid before dispatch.
