Track Your Order

Each piece is made to order, so your order moves through several stages before it ships. Here is what to expect.

1. Order Confirmed – we confirm your details and payment.
2. Design Approved – size, wood and finish are finalised.
3. In Production – carving, joinery and assembly, typically 4 to 6 weeks.
4. Finishing and Quality Check – we send photos and videos for your approval.
5. Packed – export-quality fumigated crates with protective packing.
6. Shipped – you receive the Bill of Lading or AWB tracking number and crate photos.
7. Delivered – please record an unboxing video when you open the crate.
