Shipping & Lead Time

Every piece from Six Bros Crafts is made to order by our family of master craftsmen. Because each item is custom carved and finished to your size and color, production takes time, and we never rush it.

Production time

Doors, beds, mirrors, side tables and decor: approximately 4 to 6 weeks after design approval and receipt of the 50% advance payment

Payment

A 50% advance is required to begin production. The balance is due before dispatch.

Order updates

We share photos and videos of your piece at key stages, so you can see it taking shape before it leaves our workshop.

Packing

Each piece is protected with heavy-duty export packing. Wooden crating is treated and stamped to the ISPM 15 international standard.

Shipping

We ship worldwide by standard international freight, with export documentation arranged by us. You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched. Transit time depends on your country and port, and we will confirm an estimate before shipping.

Estimated delivery after dispatch

USA and Canada: 18 to 28 days by sea, or 7 to 10 days by air
UK and Europe: 10 to 15 days by sea
GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait and others): 8 to 12 days
Australia: 15 to 20 days
All other countries: on quotation

These are estimates only. Customs clearance and carrier schedules can affect timing.

Shipping cost

Shipping is not included in the product price. It is quoted separately based on the size and weight of your order, the destination, and sea or air freight. You receive one verified quotation covering production, shipping and insurance.

Duties and taxes

Import duties, taxes and local delivery charges at your destination are the buyer's responsibility, unless a delivered-duty-paid quote has been agreed in writing.

Doors

Hardware (handles and hinges) is not included. Standard size is 8 ft x 72 in x 2 in, and any size or color can be made on request.

Returns, damage and warranty

All items are custom made, so they are not returnable for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from the approved order, contact us within 24 hours where possible and we will resolve it under our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy. Our doors carry a lifetime warranty.
